  • Bio:

I am originally from Southern Utah but have lived in the Pacific Northwest for nearly 30 years. At this time we are temporarily living in Cambridge, Ohio.
I began my genealogy journey getting paid a nickel each to type group sheets for my grandmother in my early teens. That began my love and study of genealogy which has never wavered.
I have compiled and self-published several journals and personal histories.
I have maintained (and still maintain) two county websites for USGenWeb.org and a personal genealogy website for over twenty years.
I enjoy speaking and teaching others about genealogy.
I have spoken at Family Discovery Days, Family Heritage Days, Genealogy Expos, local genealogy groups.
I travel, research and lecture for the large Burgess Genealogy Group biannually.
I have given a weekly lecture series at a Family History Center.
I served as a volunteer in website support for three years at FamilySearch.org.
